With our proven, 15-year track record of delivering solutions to clients in the residential property management sector, including freeholders, building management companies, owners of historically important buildings, and proprietors of large, mixed tenure developments, and our extensive experience of probate and estate settlement property matters, Stoneleaze Associates can help you deal with all manner of property practicalities during the estate administration period.

We are professionally qualified (AssocRICS, MTPI), DBS checked and fully insured, and we are our clients’ trusted eyes, ears and feet on the ground. For added peace of mind, we make written, photographic and video records whenever we visit a property and report to you regularly.

Our charges are based on a competitive hourly rate (plus mileage at prevailing HMRC rate). We use technology to record the time we spend working on an assignment, so you only pay for actual time incurred.

We are Hampshire based and also cover large parts of Berkshire, Dorset and Wiltshire.
